The article presents the development of marketing support for Ethnosport Challenge tournaments. It revealed that in relation to the project, most of the channels of the direct marketing strategy are not cost effective. ATL strategy creates many challenges, which inevitably leads to a reasonable restriction of its use, especially given that the empirically established optimal number of spectators of ethnosport events. The most successful projects collected by 10 thousand spectators, exceeding these figures leads to a sharp increase in the costs of the event. Nevertheless, to gather 10 thousand spectators is possible only with the use of ATL strategy, because this is the number of viewers that makes the event cost effective for the implementation of BTL strategy - the main resource of profit extraction (compensation of costs) for the organizers.

The article proposes a concept and an original economic and mathematical model for the parametric optimization of the credit and investment activities of a commercial bank, which is «linking» to the theory of a banking company. The parameters are considered to be endogenous factors that determine macroeconomic conditions and the bank policy for the investment resources and restrictions of the credit and investment activities taking into account the requirements of the regulator»s policy - the Central Bank in the sphere of management of reserves, liquidity and credit risk of the banking portfolio. Using a parametric approach allows to quickly analyze the impact of the regulator»s policy on the structure of the banking portfolio, the return-risk ratio and other indicators of banking activities. As an important application of the parametric model of optimization of the banking portfolio, an original approach is proposed to substantiate the phenomenon of financial stability of a bank under the variability of exogenous parameters of its activity and a method for estimating the stability interval of the structure of an optimal portfolio.

The article provides an analysis of the risk-based approach in the application in the internal audit system, the main categories, the methodology for implementing risk-focused approach in modern Russian practice of audit are considered.

The article analyzes the main trends in the market of disposable plastic tableware. It is shown that while reducing the share of imports of final products, there remains a significant dependence on foreign suppliers of equipment for the production of both finished products and prepared materials - polystyrene and polypropylene. The scheme for the formation of value added in the integrated system involved in the production of plastic utensils, including enterprises for the production of raw materials, equipment and final products. Considering that equipment production is characterized by the highest level of processing of raw materials, as well as the import indicators given in the article for the considered product categories, the author concludes that about 50-70% of the consolidated value added formed in this system is formed in foreign jurisdictions. The feasibility of developing comprehensive measures to stimulate the localization of the production components of this system in Russia with the aim of ensuring the growth of the taxable base and increasing the number of high-performing jobs is shown. The effectiveness of these measures is directly determined by the availability of qualified personnel and the orientation of production to the introduction of innovative products to the market, including those based on biopolymers.

Integration processes in the modern economy, including the Russian one, actualize the problem of increasing the synergistic effect of combining the specific assets of previously independent enterprises not only in the strategic planning interval, but also in the medium-term time interval. This is dictated by the need to increase the profitability of the market activities of the integratedgroup and the profitability of the assets of enterprises included in the integrated group. This problem is considered in the tasks of multi-level optimization of enterprises of an integrated group, which are solved using the well-known methods of multi-level optimization, for example, Kornai-Liptak. However, this and other known methods in some cases (for example, in the one considered in this paper) cannot be fully recognized as correct due to low convergence and looping of the algorithm. In this connection, in some cases it becomes necessary to use a modification of the original Kornai-Liptak algorithm to improve the accuracy of estimates and the rate of convergence of the numerical algorithm. One of these modifications, based on a heuristic approach to assessing the level of scarcity of company-wide resources, is given in this paper. It is shown that the modified allows to obtain the optimal production program of Kalashnikov Group JSC

The article contains the results of a study of the current situation with the cultivation and processing of soybeans in the Tambov region in the context of the role of this crop in solving the problem of food import substitution. The object of the research is the sectoral economy and the regional soybean market. The purpose of the study is to find options for enhancing the production of soybeans on the material, technical and organizational base of the regional agricultural sector. According to the results of the analysis, the work hypothesis was confirmed that increasing production volumes and deepening the degree of processing of soy raw materials with minimal investment costs are possible on the basis of the region's internal resources, if the existing elevator industries take the material, technical and organizational base for the development of the sub-sector. The article presents the results of the economic substantiation of this strategy on the materials of Karyan-Stroganovskiy Elevator.
