An experienced manager has an idea about CRM tools, but not everyone understands the benefits of CRM tools. In this regard, the introduction of CRM in small and medium-sized businesses is a rare phenomenon, although it makes the business more efficient and less financially costly. With a large amount of information about the patient, a dental clinic can build a strategy for providing services, increasing profits, but only when the manager understands the principle of working with CRM tools and enjoys all its advantages.

Abstract
Today, due to the constantly changing trends of the modern market, it is necessary to regularly increase the efficiency of any activity, improve the service, be more customer-oriented, and monitor the work done. Due to innovations, the policy of any activity requires immediate intervention of modern business development technologies, which include CRM marketing. The main difficulties that various companies face are a decrease in demand for services, loss ofcustomers and various kinds of losses, so in order to exclude several negative results, the company manager needs to adopt modern business strategies, while the main factor that will be customer-oriented, cost reduction and effective division of tasks according to the business strategies of the organization. The main goal for a rapid understanding of the market and keeping the organization at a decent level is to reduce the time for various operations and increase the productivity of the company.

Abstract
The research is aimed at studying the basic principles of Islamic banking and considering the possibility of introducing its technologies in Russia. The current state of/slamic banking was analyzed, the problems ofits functioning in our country were studied, and measures were proposed to eliminate them. A strategic analysis was carried out using PEST and SWOT tools and final conclusions were drawn about the feasibility of its implementation.

Abstract
The subject of the research is the powers of tax authorities in the field of tax control. The control powers of the tax authorities are considered in conjunction with their priority tasks. It is shown that in recent years the expansion of the tax authorities rights is associated with relevant legislative changes, improvement of the organizational structure of the Federal Tax Agency, coordination improving of interaction between tax and other government authorities, as well as the development of cloud technologies and unprecedented increase in the technical capabilities of the Federal Tax Agency. It is concluded, that the level of control powers of tax authorities is largely determined by the level of development of tax administration. It is noted, that the technical capabilities of the Federal Tax Agency are going ahead of the legislative formulation of some powers, which requires appropriate amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

The subject of the study is the relationship between operational activity, business modeling and the competitiveness of the organization. As a result of the research, it is shown that business modeling as a modern technology for managing operational activities allows us to identify competitive advantages and the degree of their activity. The proposed version of the business model can be used as a tool that allows the operating director of a production company to see competitive advantages in all business functions of operating activities and form a value proposition for customers, taking into account all their expectations and needs.

The article talks about the growing role of marketing in the development of organizations, including educational ones. On the example of the Bolshebereznikovskaya secondary school of the Republic of Mordovia, the possibility of using a set of marketing tools to promote educational services, including paid ones, is shown.
