Abstract
The use of the securities market to commit various types of economic crimes, including the legalization of criminal incomes and the terrorism financing, is one of the most significant threats to the security of the national and world economy. The article describes the schemes of money laundering using the securities market tools, analyzes the typological reports of FATF and EAG, highlights the main vulnerabilities in terms of the possibility of using the securities market for ML / FT. The conclusion is made about the dominant role of risk-based supervision by the Central Bank in the Russian securities market in order to timely counteract its use for laundering of criminal incomes and terrorism financing.

Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of business planning in Russia and abroad. For this purpose, the approaches to the preparation of a business plan, the factors that complicate the implementation of full-fledged business planning in Russia were considered. Today in Russia many consulting firms successfully realize activity that allows to simplify considerably drawing up the business plan for the organization. It was found that managers largely trust the writing of a business plan to such companies, with virtually no participation. The result is a professionally designed business plan that does not conform to the philosophy of the organization. The comparative analysis of domestic and foreign, revealed the problems and ways to prevent them. Increasing the involvement of managers in the preparation of a business plan, simplifies the process of its implementation, as managers become more motivated in its implementation.

Abstract
The article substantiates the high degree of importance of information resources as a factor of sustainable development of a business entity. On the basis of consideration of various concepts it is established that incompleteness of information is a source of economic risks. The essence of the category «information risk» is studied. The possibilities, goals and objectives of business intelligence to overcome information asymmetry. A list of open and official sources, the use of which will minimize the risks of business cooperation with unscrupulous contractors, is proposed.

Abstract
The article proposes a model of the relationship between the effects of the use of digitalization products in the industry at three levels: the individual enterprise, industry and the economy as a whole, which is characterized by the use of an augmented and structured system of indicators of the level of digitalization, the effects of digitalization and the effectiveness of digitalization. The model is built taking into account the features of these products, which makes it possible to assess the degree of influence of digitization solutions on the economic systems of this level. This model assumes to analyze the effectiveness of digitalization at each of the selected levels to use an approach based on the assessment of its impact on the system of indicators (indicators) of development for each of the levels of management.

The article presents the opportunities, risks, as well as changes in management practices arising in the framework of the digital transformation of industrial enterprises. Considered categorical-conceptual apparatus of the process of digitalization, presents the relationship and fundamental differences of the automation of digitalization of the enterprise. This article considered the main aspects of investments attraction with the aim of increasing the competitiveness the industries and industrial production with developed economics. During this there was proved that the acquisition the reliable level of competitiveness of the industries and industrial productions requires applying systemic approaches. Authors were revealed the necessity and binding of the projection the strategy of modernization by the competitiveness on the all levels especially on the level of each industry, territories, industrial productions and home economics as a whole. Also was considered factors and sources of investments and its influence onto the increasing industrial potential in the new scientific - technical base which is defined mainly competitive position of the state on the world market. It was analyzed the abroad and home sources of investments which forms industrial potential in the new scientific - technical base and defining competitive position if a state on the world market. There was offered directions of creation in the favorable conditions for making investments in the state that is connected with modernization the competitiveness of industrial production.

Abstract
The article investigates the crowdfactoring - an instrument of alternative financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. Crowdfactoring is not a studied financing instrument, and is not used enough in Russia. It have been studied the main background for the rise of new financing instruments for SMEs, as well as the existing problems associated with the use of traditional factoring. Author identified the main advantages and disadvantages of crowdfactoring, as well as its use in foreign countries. The experience of Russia in the use of crowd platforms and a crowdfactoring instrument is considered in the article, and the main problems of their functioning are identified.

Abstract
The reliability of the financial and economic basis of a commercial bank, along with financial stability, is the most important indicator of its competitive functioning in a volatile market environment that initiates an increased risk of loss of profitability, a decrease in investment activity and asset quality. The regulator's special requirements for the bank's reliability are not least related to the rating of credit institutions for this indicator. The applied methods for assessing the reliability of commercial banks should be adequate to the modern conditions of credit and investment activities and take into account its features, including the amount of capital, financial market priorities, risk attitudes, scale and scope of activity, and other factors. From this position, the article discusses the practice of applying methods widely used by Russian banks to assess the financial reliability of commercial banks, proposed by the Bank of Russia, and the authors team led by V.S. Kromonov. On the basis of model calculations, they demonstrate the shortcomings and imperfections of these methods and suggest ways to improve them, including in terms of clarifying the composition of the primary reliability indicators, choosing their weights in the integral indicator and applying alternative reliability assessment options based on aggregated bank performance indicators.

Abstract
Real estate Investment can be described as «classic Russian mechanism» throughout the process of its development has passed several stages: high/low demand; relatively low mortgage interest/lack of mortgages, etc. However, huge volumes of introduction of new housing, the market is still considered by a number of buyers as an investment with his +\\-, but it is worth noting that in some regions of Russia is a growing market with constant demand. Abstract
The aim of this research paper is the analysis of impact of higher education quality on social and economic indicators both in Russia and in the world in conditions of digitalization. This paper includes the overview of general current trends in the world, influencing on further development of countries and its competitiveness level to each other. Based on the literature review a list of indicators for both the quality of education and social and economic activity in countries has been used. The target of this paper is the comparison of countries in accordance with investments into the educational process and its return for the economic potential of a country. Despite the need to develop the implemented model by including additional indicators, results of this research can be accepted, and the aim of this paper has been achieved.

This article describes socio-economic issues associated with low-intensity railway lines. Key stakeholders engaged in operation and maintenance of low-intensity railway lines were analyzed. The main expectations of all stakeholders were defined. The stakeholders who are significantly impacted by the negative effect of low-intensity railway lines closure were identified. The approaches to define and evaluate the socio-economic role of low-intensity railway lines were outlined.
