ECONOMIC GROWTH: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS
The paper examines the activities of the Eurasian Economic Commission on the development of interregional cooperation. A list of measures aimed at enhancing the development of interregional trade and economic cooperation within the framework of the EAEU has been prepared. One of the tools for the development of interregional cooperation is the Portal on Interregional Cooperation in the EAEU, launched by the Eurasian Economic Commission at the end of 2023 in order to raise awareness of regions, investors and companies about the opportunities of the EAEU for business development and scaling. Currently, a draft concept of interregional cooperation of the EAEU member states for 2025– 2028 is being developed.
The article presents the main conclusions of the author about the possibility of using the method of expert assessments in analyzing the effectiveness of using the property of the municipal treasury. The article gradually reveals the process of expert assessment of the effectiveness of this object of regional management, proves the need to use modeling processes in expert assessments when studying regional economic processes and using their results in making managerial decisions. The purpose of the work is the author’s representation of the examination process in the study of regional economic processes and, in particular, in the study of the effectiveness of the use of municipal treasury property.
The author used the method of scientific proof of the conclusions and results of the work. The main result of the research presented in the article is the author’s proof of the possibility and necessity of using the method of expert assessments in assessing the effectiveness of the use of regional government facilities and, in particular, the property of the municipal treasury.
The article is dedicated to exploring data analytics approaches within the context of business digital transformation. The role of data in enhancing the efficiency of enterprises is highlighted, as data facilitates informed managerial decision–making and strengthens competitive advantages. It is emphasized that the effective use of data requires not only advanced infrastructure and personnel competencies but also a systematic approach that integrates various methods of data analysis and justifies the transition to specific business analytics strategies. A comparative analysis of three primary data analytics approaches – analog, digital, and big data – is conducted. A data analytics model is presented, reflecting the evolution and synergetic integration of these approaches. The study identifies a unified orientation in data analytics, aimed at improving business efficiency through the application and value of business analytics. The distinct characteristics of the transition from analog to digital approaches and from digital to big data analytics are determined, with a focus on changes in infrastructure, personnel competency requirements, and the applicability of data analysis methods. The study concludes with the recognition of the necessity of applying synergetic and systematic approaches to data analytics in the context of digital transformation, which contributes to maximizing the effectiveness of business analytics.

Today the Northern Sea Route is the shortest maritime transport route that connects European countries and the countries of the Far East. One of the key advantages of transportation along the Northern Sea Route is saving time, for example, from Murmansk to Shanghai, almost half than when transporting other routes reduce the time for cargo movement along the Northern Sea Route. The Northern Sea Route is logistically stable, located entirely in the exclusive economic zone of Russia, other countries and forces cannot negatively influence the transportation process. The problem of transportation in the Northern Sea Route is the need for icebreaker support for ships during most of the year, which increases the cost of transit of goods transported by sea along the Northern Sea Route. At the same time, the importance of the Northern Sea Route is increasing: the growth of its prospects is associated, among other things, with such factors as global warming. The Northern Sea Route is becoming an international route. The development of the Northern Sea Route ensures the formation of a transport artery, which represents a global transport corridor. China and other countries are interested in using the Northern Sea Route, which provides the shortest and safest route between ports in Europe and Asia. The volume of maritime cargo transportation along the Northern Sea Route is growing; the Northern Sea Route development project is called the most effective investment transport megaproject in the Russian Federation.
INDUSTRY SECTOR AS THE BASIS OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY
In the context of the rapid development of medical technologies and the increasing burden on the healthcare system, the optimization of management of clinical and diagnostic processes is of particular and paramount importance. This article is devoted to the analysis of modern methods and approaches to improving the efficiency of these processes. The purpose of the study is to investigate and evaluate innovative practices in the field of management of these processes, as well as to demonstrate their practical application using specific examples from Russian and foreign experience. The novelty follows from this — the article analyzes and categorizes the experience of a number of foreign countries and assesses its applicability in the Russian Federation. As a result of the analysis, key areas of optimization are identified (digitalization of medical documentation, automation of laboratory processes, introduction of telemedicine, predictive analytics, improvement of logistics of medical institutions, standardization of clinical processes. Based on the considered examples, the author concludes that the integrated implementation of methods can significantly improve the quality of medical care, reduce waiting times for patients, make the use of resources rational, and reduce costs. The article emphasizes the importance of the subsequent development and integration of innovative approaches in healthcare management — for reasons of forming an effective patient–oriented system.
The article is devoted to the analysis of popular traditional technologies of marketing forecasting and planning, which maintain a high level of effectiveness today (according to practicing marketers and analytical agencies), as well as a description of innovative forecasting technologies in marketing, which are demonstrating an increasing increase in popularity among specialists (artificial intelligence and Big Data). In addition, the concept of marketing forecasting is defined and the key objects of this process are described. A conclusion is drawn about the effectiveness of a synergistic approach in choosing technologies for marketing forecasting and planning, which involves a combination of traditional tools and innovative technologies.
The use of data analytics in retail is a key factor for making effective management decisions aimed at increasing competitiveness and optimizing business processes. Modern analytics methods allow companies to better understand customer needs, predict demand, optimize pricing and improve operational activities. The article discusses various analytics approaches and tools, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and CRM systems, which are used to analyze customer data, sales, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Special attention is paid to examples of successful application of analytics in companies such as HIPPO, Euroopt and Santa Retail, which demonstrates the importance of using data for strategic planning and improving operational efficiency. The results show that data analytics contributes to improved inventory management, increased customer loyalty, and increased sales.
The results of an analysis of the main trends in the development of enterprises producing large–scale polymers are presented. Issues related to the generation and disposal of waste from the production and consumption of polymer products are considered, and certain aspects of the introduction of innovations are analyzed that make it possible to increase the level of environmental safety in the production and use of these products. The influence of innovations on increasing the environmental efficiency of enterprises producing large–scale chemicals has been determined. It has been shown that it is possible to significantly expand the possibilities of recycling, as well as to ensure a reduction in the total negative impact on the environment at all stages of production and consumption of polymer products as a result of the development and application of end–to–end and local recycling technologies. To provide support and financing for the most promising of these recycling technologies, which may cover enterprises of one or more technological stages, it is proposed to consider the possibility of forming inter–industry and sectoral funds. The distribution of resources of these funds, formed primarily at the expense of enterprises, should be carried out taking into account the functioning of the appropriate monitoring system, which allows accumulating information on the degree of negative impact of enterprises on the environment and their need for innovative recycling technologies.
This article is devoted to the study of problems and prospects of development of specialized software in shipbuilding safety using functional modeling. It shows the importance of the shipbuilding industry and the need for effective tools to improve the design, management, monitoring and safety processes for ships under construction and repair. The research objective is the assessment of the capabilities and use of IDEF0 method as a tool for creating a descriptive graphical model showing the essence of the processes within the framework of the information and economic system of shipbuilding and repair security. Existing approaches and tools used in shipbuilding are discussed in detail. Particular attention is paid to the process of functional modeling and the importance of involving qualified IT specialists and shipbuilding experts for successful software development. Results of the research show that development of specialized solutions based on functional modeling, such as information and economic system for ensuring safety of ships under construction and repair, plays an important role in the modern shipbuilding industry. The need for further research and innovation in this area to improve the shipbuilding industry is also indicated. The importance of using information technology in shipbuilding to improve processes and achieve better results is emphasized. The importance of development of specialized solutions in shipbuilding to improve the industry and increase the competitiveness of companies is noted including cooperation between shipbuilding and IT companies and integration of experience and knowledge to develop innovative solutions. Development of specialized solutions on the basis of modern information technologies can significantly improve efficiency and safety in shipbuilding, as well as contribute to the development of the industry as a whole.
SOCIOCULTURAL ASPECTS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

The study analyzed the problems of understanding education, material and spiritual values and reasonable consumption in modern society. It is responsible (reasonable, sustainable) consumption in the economy that implies the rational use of natural and other resources in order to meet the necessary needs.
The study pays attention to the role of teaching staff in the educational process at all levels: from kindergarten to high school. The dynamics of the number of certain categories of social workers and scientists in the Russian Federation for 2021–2023 is presented in comparison with the number of children born in 2006–2017 and 2022, which is important given the implementation of the Year of the Family in 2024.
This article conducts a study of the customer focus of government agencies in order to select promising directions for the development of public services and the management system for these services, which is formed in order to identify social reserves and is based on identifying key success factors. To ensure the customer focus of government agencies, it is also necessary to introduce a system for managing internal information resources. The article presents an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, their relationships, which is necessary to identify the main criteria for improving the quality of customer service. The article proves that in practical implementation, the implementation of a service management system using internal information resources can become the basis for the development of a system for providing public services.
The study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of remote work on the productivity and well–being of employees. The article examines the results of research from different parts of the world, showing how the remote format affects labor efficiency, the psychological state of employees and the economic efficiency of enterprises. The methods and approaches to the organization of remote work, including legal regulation, technological support and psychological aspects of team interaction, are analyzed. Special attention is paid to changes in self–organization, motivation and social interaction of employees. The research results demonstrate positive trends in employee productivity and well–being with the right approach to organizing remote work.
In a rapidly changing and highly competitive corporate world, maintaining the mental and emotional health of employees is becoming an important factor in increasing their efficiency and job satisfaction. This paper examines the influence of yoga on the psycho–emotional state of employees in the corporate sector. Research shows that regular yoga practice helps to reduce stress levels, improve mood and increase concentration, which in turn leads to increased productivity and reduced absenteeism due to illness. Yoga helps workers achieve a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness, which reduces anxiety and depression, improves self–regulation and emotional balance. In addition to the psychoemotional benefits, yoga has a positive effect on the physical health of employees, reducing back pain and improving posture. The introduction of yoga into corporate wellness programs helps to create a positive work environment and strengthen team spirit, which ultimately leads to increased overall well–being and employee satisfaction.
