A method for constructing a strategic profile of an industrial enterprise
Abstract
The paper developed a methodology of strategic profile of industrial enterprises, which, unlike the existing ones, based calculations of the area of the radar, which allowed visualization of the strong and the weak position of structural units of the strategic potential, which were decisive in the development of areas of enterprise development strategies. Conducted a comparative analysis of the strategic profile ofeach of the studied companies with an industry leader allowed to quantify the gap between them, and to specify which components of the strategic potential to stimulate demand and capacity for sustainable strategic positions in the future.
