ECONOMIC GROWTH: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
In the works of domestic and foreign authors it is noted that in modern conditions innovations determine the vector of development of territories. Also, the most important condition for the development of regions is the sufficiency of the necessary resources to ensure positive dynamics of economic growth. To date, most regional budgets are characterized by the need for subsidized contributions, since their incomes do not cover the amount of necessary expenses. Within the framework of the study, using econometric models, the features of the formation of the gross regional product under the influence of financing the innovative development of subsidized and non–subsidized entities were analyzed. The results of the study showed that in the donor subjects there is a stronger relationship between the costs of innovation and the value of the gross regional product. The results of the study have high theoretical and practical significance and can be used in regional planning.
The article discusses modern state of logistics. The goal of the article is to analyze challenges that occur in the logistics services market and the solutions to the current problems. The relevance of the article lies in large-scale changes in supply chain which were caused by February events. According to the analysis of the sources, there is a little amount of scientific works on this theme in spite of high relevance.

The subject of the study is the tools for the development of the world economy in the context of geopolitical uncertainty. The authors come to the conclusion that the consequences of geopolitical tensions will be expressed in barriers to the recovery of the world economy after, including taking into account the COVID–19 pandemic. Reducing exports from Russia and Ukraine will lead to a round of global inflation. The decrease in production volumes occurs in all countries from which they exported their products to Russia and Ukraine. Additional tension arises due to new refugee flows and the further growth of Ukraine’s external debt into debt with no prospect of repayment. Forecasts of a global recession are becoming more and more real. The consequences of the sanctions will deal a devastating blow to the global economy as a whole. The main risk is global stagflation. The escalation of the conflict slows down economic development and destabilizes global financial markets. Vulnerable segments of the population, especially in developing countries, will be hardest hit. In this regard, we can state the risk of a humanitarian catastrophe and a huge number of refugees around the world.
INDUSTRY SECTOR AS THE BASIS OF THE ECONOMY
The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of logistics services based on the ratings of international organizations. The concepts of «logistics service» and «transportation service» are separated. The main characteristics of the logistics service are defined. The level and quality of logistics services in the Kyrgyz Republic is determined by the «immaturity» of logistics institutions and public administration.

The subject of research in this article is the analysis, generalization and evaluation of the experience of building an agricultural risk insurance system in the EU countries. The object of the study is the territory of Spain, as the country that has achieved the greatest success in using the insurance tool, one of the effective methods of managing agricultural risks. The results of the study are to identify the advantages of the system of organization and interaction of participants in the insurance protection of an agricultural entrepreneur in Spain, which can be adapted for use in Russia.

The authors highlight the conditions necessary for the introduction of digitalization in healthcare, as well as its positive and negative aspects. The digitalization of healthcare will ensure the transparency of the services provided to patients. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the quality of the accumulated data in digital form will provide further positive experience in the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, for this, entrepreneurs, economists, lawyers, specialists from IT companies and, of course, competent doctors should be involved.
Leading experts note that over the past ten years, thanks to the transition of the Russian economy to a phase of stable growth, the problem of harmonization of national regulation has begun to emerge. The experience of the most developed Western states in this area can help solve this difficult task.
For the best use of existing experience, it is necessary to carefully analyze global trends, the most effective approaches and methods that foreign countries use in the field of logistics and transport regulation, as well as the possibility of their application in Russia, why the state should regulate the activities of logistics and transport market entities.

This article reveals the current problems of the development of industries and sectors of the country’s economy in the conditions of sanctions pressure, import substitution, the development of the concept of sustainable development. The authors analyzed the problems associated with the modernization of housing and communal services, renovation, import substitution in agriculture and the electrical industry, the production of domestic asynchronous motors for Russian electric trains.
The question of the influence of the «green» economy on the development of light industry, the development of domestic fertilizers and plant protection products is raised, the positive experience of the development of the «BioMicroGels» company in the conditions of sanctions, sustainable development and import substitution programs is given.

The purpose of the article is to describe the author’s methodology for using a multi&stage progressive sales plan as an effective tool for improving the efficiency of managers. The novelty of the research lies in the development of a multi–component comprehensive sales plan that allows to increase the company’s profit by creating conditions for the formation of sustainable motivation of managers.
