The article discusses the impact of various factors on the number of economic crimes. During the analysis, econometric functions and models were used, with the help of which the most significant correlating factors were identified.

The article reveals the theoretical essence of the category «mechanism» in relation to the implementation of foreign trade policy of the state. The author's interpretation of this implementation mechanism is presented as a special case of the mechanism of state management of the economy. The structure of the control mechanism is disclosed in a generalized form. The article deals with issues concerning the state regulation quality of life population in the Russian Federation through such state programs as «the new quality of life, «the innovative development and modernization of the economy, «the effective state», «the balanced regional development», «the national security» based on strategic federal documents and strategic development forecasts aimed at improving the level of well-being and the Russian citizens' quality of life. The rating analyses the quality of life in different regions of Russia. Regions showing advanced socio-economic development and steadily occupying high positions in the rating are identified as well as crisis regions that close rating. The article describes the regions of the Russian Federation which increased their positions in the rating during the period under review due to the effective measures of state programmes holding on their territory. It analyses the reasons for the stable decline of positions for a number of regions in the rating. The environmental issues in the analysis of the effectiveness of public policies to regulate the quality of life are concerned. The environmental rating of the regions is analyzed according to the research compiled by specialists of the All-Russian public organization Green Patrol. The article sums up the main shortcomings of the quality of life state regulation. The guidelines of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of quality of life regulation are defined.

The article analyzes approaches to the disclosure of the essence of the modern concept of sustainable municipal development. The key factors of sustainable development of the municipality are highlighted, among which are fidelity of goal setting, the correct consideration of strengths and weaknesses, and the efficiency of development of municipal enterprises. It was revealed that the leaders of many municipalities are not interested in transforming municipal enterprises into private ones. The conclusion is made about the dual nature of the functioning of municipal enterprises: on the one hand, a municipal enterprise is a commercial organization that should be aimed at maximizing profits, and, on the other hand, it is an instrument of municipal economic policy that makes it possible to smooth out the shortcomings of federal and regional economic policies.

Analysis of factors that influence the company's bankruptcy is one of the main tasks for companies that want to assess their financial situation and prevent possible bankruptcy in a timely manner. This article analyzes the factors that affect the company's bankruptcy. A logistic regression model was constructed based on the indicators of both bankrupt and financially stable companies. During the development of the model, significant factors were identified for predicting the bankruptcy of the organization. The results will be useful both for future bankruptcy researchers and for those companies that want to assess their financial situation.

The problems of managing state and municipal expenditures in financing social sectors, the shortcomings in the implementation of state programs are shown, tools for improving the efficiency of budget expenditures are analyzed. Creating own programs aimed at achieving the sdgs of all countries without exception. The significance of this document for the world and the planet as a whole, and the need to implement the SDG program for each country in the interests of the current and future generations. Adaptation of the SDG program in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, great Britain, and Norway. As well as the rating of countries for the implementation of the SDG program published in early 2018 by the world organization SDSN together with Bertelsmann Stiftung, in which the Russian Federation ranks 62nd, and the Republic of Belarus is the leader in the EEU, taking 21 places.
