The development of the construction industry in modern domestic research

Abstract

This paper provides an up-to-date review of recent scientific articles on the problems and ways to overcome them in the development of the Russian construction industry during the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and increased sanctions pressure since February 2022. Thus, the chronological framework of scientific publications as the objects of this study covers the period 2020–2022.

The task of the analytical review is to identify and analyze publications on the stated topic. The aim is to evaluate the current state of research on the construction industry at the present stage. The relevance is determined by the insufficient degree of knowledge of the problem.
