Abstract
This article considers the current state of antimonopoly regulation of Russia in the sphere of state (municipal) purchases; regulatory framework governing the scope of state (municipal) procurement; the impactofRussian Federal Antimonopoly Service activities on improving competition in the sphere of state (municipal) purchases.
