On the issue of reasons for instituting criminal proceedings
Abstract
The article's issue is analyzes of reasons for instituting criminal proceedings, and of legal assessment of investigators' activity in their verification. Also attention is paid to the need of supplement of Criminal Procedure Code for preserving evidences.
