The scientific and practical journal "Scientific Notes of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship" was established by the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship in 2002.

Until 2004, "Scientific Notes of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship" were a collection of scientific works of the faculty of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship, domestic and foreign scientists who have been closely cooperating with the Academy for many years.

The main topic of the publications was devoted to the analysis of current problems of economic development and entrepreneurship in Russia, the role of the state in this process.

Since 2004 The scientific and practical publication "Scientific Notes of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship" is included in the List of leading Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences should be published.

The pages of the scientific and practical publication "Scientific Notes of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship" reflected the results of research on scientific schools operating at the Academy and leading universities in Russia, working on current problems of economic development of the Russian Federation: "State and Entrepreneurship"; "Ensuring the economic security of Russia"; "State regulation of natural monopolies"; "Building macroeconomic indicators of the efficiency of national economic systems"; "Organization of risk management and insurance protection of economic activities at Russian enterprises"; "Public finance, finance of enterprises and large national economic complexes"; "Banking management in commercial credit institutions"; "Development of small business in Russia," "Sociological and socio-psychological components of entrepreneurship."

The practical implementation of the data obtained by scientific schools, the appendix of the results of scientific achievements reflected in the pages of the scientific and practical publication "Scientific Notes of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship" was not only the work performed on orders of various Ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, but also the developments introduced into the practice of a large number of commercial organizations (VimpelCom, MTS, IngosstrAkh etc.).
