Abstract

The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the adaptability of online courses on timemanagement for entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of programs of leading Russian educational platforms (Netology, Skillbox, 4brain, etc.), a significant dissonance was revealed between traditional time management methods and the specific needs of entrepreneurs. The research methodology included content analysis, expert interviews (n=15), and a questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs (n=120). It was found that only 30% of courses contain specialized modules on working with business uncertainty, while programs with a practice share of >50%. An integrated model of entrepreneurial time management has been developed, combining: adaptive planning techniques (contextual, rigidflexible), dynamic prioritization with economic criteria, digital automation tools. The results show that effective programs should include 70% practical content, cases from entrepreneurial practice and modules on energy management. An algorithm for selecting courses based on a 4level assessment system (direct applicability, business metrics, resource optimization, strategic value) is proposed.

Abstract

This paper provides a comparative study of performance measurement ratios in various project management methodologies: Agile, hybrid approaches and Waterfall.

The purpose of the study is to determine the role and significance of these coefficients in the context of project management, as well as to analyze their application in each of the methodologies under consideration.

The focus is on agility, adaptability to change and continuous feedback in Agile, the balance between structure and adaptation in hybrid methodologies, and rigorous planning and its impact on measuring project success in Waterfall.

The analysis showed that the choice of approach to project management depends on specific conditions and tasks. Each of the approaches considered has advantages and disadvantages. The choice of approach should be based on an analysis of the specific conditions of the project, its goals and limitations.

The results of the study can be useful for project managers, managers and other professionals involved in project management. They can help them choose the most appropriate approach to project management and improve its efficiency by implementing factors to evaluate it.

Abstract

In the context of high uncertainty and rapid change in the field of information technology, the effective application of agile project management methodologies is becoming increasingly relevant. However, in practice, the degree of flexibility can vary significantly depending on contextual factors. The aim of this study is to analyze which factors influence the level of project management flexibility in Russian IT companies.

The research was conducted through an online survey of professionals working in the field of innovation project management. The level of flexibility was assessed using a scoring system based on responses to four key areas: requirements gathering, planning, communication with the customer, and communication within the team. The resulting scores were compared with characteristics of the respondents such as experience, industry, company size, team size, and the perceived innovativeness of the project.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the relationship between these factors and the level of project management flexibility. The findings show that the most significant influence is exerted by the manager’s experience and the degree of project innovativeness, while company size and team size are not decisive factors.

Abstract

The topic of digital (computer) automation and the transformation of consciousness, activity and social behavior of modern generations of people that occurs under its influence has firmly taken its place on the current agenda. Advanced achievements of technical progress provide humanity with previously unseen opportunities, but only few people think about the downside of technological «miracles» and the price to pay for them. Meanwhile, technological unemployment, digital dependence, cognitive distortions, spiritual impoverishment and the loss of people’s competencies due to the excessive use of artificial intelligencebased technologies are already becoming increasingly noticeable attributes of the present and foreseeable future. The proposed publication analyzes how and why a modern person found himself in the socalled «digital playpen», and whether he can get out of this hightech trap without giving up the benefits of progress, but by starting to treat them rationally and critically, in the name of preserving his freedom and full socialization.
