The impact of higher education quality on social and economic indicators both in Russia and in the world in conditions of digitalization

Abstract

The aim of this research paper is the analysis of impact of higher education quality on social and economic indicators both in Russia and in the world in conditions of digitalization. This paper includes the overview of general current trends in the world, influencing on further development of countries and its competitiveness level to each other. Based on the literature review a list of indicators for both the quality of education and social and economic activity in countries has been used. The target of this paper is the comparison of countries in accordance with investments into the educational process and its return for the economic potential of a country. Despite the need to develop the implemented model by including additional indicators, results of this research can be accepted, and the aim of this paper has been achieved.
