Development of the theory and practice of the system of assessing the labor contribution of workers in an enterprise

Abstract

The article presents the main theoretical and practical approaches to the solution of the problem of creating a system for assessing the employee's contribution to the overall result of the enterprise's work, integrated with the system of assessing its competence and the quality of labor contribution, as a unified information base when deciding on awarding and de-bonuses.
