Assessment of availability of payment services and ways increaseing it: international experience and Russian practice
Abstract
Authors lift a problem of increasing of availability of financial services as one of tasks solvable today as in the world, so in Russia. Assessment is carried out on the example of availability of payment services that allows to propose measures for their further development.
