New paradigm of quality and safety of citizens life support on the basis of public management and control

Abstract

In article topical issues and features of development of domestic social and economic system taking into account modern forms of transformation of world economic processes are considered. Problems of theoretical justification and development of a new paradigm of post-industrial development of economy and society in processes of search of the new social and economic paradigm meeting the essential requirements of economy and society reveal. Taking into account it problems of creation of innovative model of management of life support of inhabitants of regions and municipalities taking into account public management and control on the example of an innovative corporate management system are considered by a housing-and-municipal complex.
