Some approaches to assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of health reform
Abstract
In this article we are talking about the possibilities of an estimation of efficiency of reforms in healthcare. The author reveals the issues of efficiency evaluation of the position of target groups: patients, physicians, medical organizations, etc.
