Experience diversification of old industrial region of Upper Silesia and the possibility of implement it in the Urals
Abstract
The article discusses the features of the economic transformation and diversification of the old industrial regions of Poland and the Czech Republic in the context of similar processes in the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions. Analyzes the development of alternatives to hyperindustrialized regions.
