Change of digital interaction of consumers and organizations

Abstract

Communication channels on the Internet contribute to the functioning of the company in the market, by directing the interaction of the organization with all subjects of both external and internal environment. Internet communications are one of the activities of Internet marketing, using the methods of traditional marketing on the Internet. The development of Internet channels makes it possible to sell goods, interact with customers regardless of the time and location of the buyer. At the same time, the development of the digitaleconomypushes forward the developmentofbusinessprocesses. The company through its channels directly sends marketing messages to the buyer and receives a response.
