The main trends in the development of the fitness services market and their managerial specifics

Abstract

In recent years, changes have taken place in the life of Russian society that have affected the fitness services market. Innovations were introduced both in organizational and methodological approaches to the management of fitness clubs, and in the practice of their real management. The identified problems in the field of coverage of management objects of a large–scale consideration of all aspects of the organization’s work are considered both with the theory and methodology of management, and with practical aspects of management activities.
The subject of the study is the methodology and principles of managing fitness organizations. The research results are to identify recommendations aimed at improving the management of sports facilities.
