The impact of human capital on the innovative development of the organization

Abstract

In the modern economy, the human capital of an organization and intellectual capital are interchangeable. The quality of human capital (education, knowledge, innovation) affects the capacity of the enterprise and its development. On the basis of knowledge–based resources, a hypothesis of the interaction of human capital and the innovativeness of the organization has been developed. Human capital is an integral part of innovative development and innovation activity.
