The paper proposes a method of evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation project of active cash flow management of a commercial bank

Abstract

Active management of cash flows based on systematic risk management, as opposed to the traditional concept of a static risk management, based on the idea of «opportunism», uses the ideology of active dynamic use of risk notonly as the negative factors in the development, but also as certain opportunities to increase shareholder value by continuous monitoring of reliability. The active management project of cash flow is regarded as innovative.
