Решению этой задачи во многом способствуют корпоративные университеты, созданные в компаниях. Организации используют модель корпоративного университета для продвижения своей инициативы в области обучения, чтобы эффективно управлять своими крупными инвестициями в повышение профессионализма и развитие персонала. Таким образом корпоративное обучение расширило свое влияние, не ограничиваясь функциями воспроизводства профессиональных компетенций в рамках отдельно взятых компаний, в настоящее время оно является механизмом реализации государственных программ и концепций по формированию и развитию навыков населения, что соответствует политике развития трудовых ресурсов как одного из значимых факторов устойчивости государств в условиях трансформации экономики и глобальных вызовов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p> The availability of professional skills adequate to the modern economic and technological paradigm among citizens forming the country’s labor resources is an important task for the sustainability of national economic and production systems. Corporate universities established in companies contribute to solving this problem in many ways. Organizations use the corporate university model to promote their learning initiative in order to effectively manage their large investments in professional development and staff development.
