Спортивная индустрия сегодня является не только важной составляющей социально–культурной жизни населения, но и открытой площадкой для развития предпринимательских проектов в спорте. Предпринимательская активность в спортивной индустрии включает в себя разработку новых идей, реализацию бизнес–планов и поиск инвесторов для внедрения новых направлений.

В настоящее время требования рынков товаров и услуг к вхождению на них достаточно высокие, существует высокая конкуренция за внимание потребителя и довольно сжатые сроки для вывода новых продуктов и услуг. Поэтому при внедрении нового проекта в условиях сокращенных сроков перед предпринимателями, в том числе и в сфере спортивной индустрии, стоит непростая задача: учесть имеющиеся критичные факторы при разработке нового направления и снизить риски при реализации проекта. В этой связи на первый план выходят навыки принятия управленческих решений и способность просчитать их последствия.

The sports industry today is not only an important component of the socio-cultural life of the population, but also an open platform for the development of entrepreneurial projects in sports. Entrepreneurial activity in the sports industry includes the development of new ideas, the implementation of business plans and the search for investors to introduce new directions.

Currently, the requirements of the markets for goods and services to enter them are quite high, there is high competition for consumer attention and a fairly short time for the launch of new products and services. Therefore, when implementing a new project in a shortened timeframe, entrepreneurs, including in the sports industry, face a difficult task: to take into account the existing critical factors when developing a new direction and reduce the risks during the implementation of the project. In this regard, managerial decision-making skills and the ability to calculate their consequences come to the fore.
