Активная политика занятости в этом направлении может помочь уменьшить несоответствие навыков, которое часто приводит к длительной безработице среди людей с низким уровнем образования. Эффективность этих программ зависит от качества предоставляемого обучения, продолжительности программы и видов обучения. Изучение зарубежного опыта показало, что программы, предусматривающие как обучение теоретическое, так и обучение на рабочем месте, как правило, особенно эффективны для улучшения результатов трудоустройства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vocational training programs are an effective way to combat unemployment, especially for people with low levels of education. An active employment policy in this direction can help reduce the skills mismatch that often leads to long–term unemployment among people with low education. The effectiveness of these programs depends on the quality of the training provided, the length of the program, and the types of training.
