Северный морской путь имеет крайне высокий экономический потенциал при его использовании в качестве международного транзитного транспортного коридора из Атлантического океана в Тихий океан и обратно. Северный морской путь становится надежной, эффективной транспортной магистралью для решения задач национальных проектов, элементом глобальный логистической системы 21–го века.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of the development of the Arctic territories is becoming more and more urgent today, the Arctic is considered as a region of concentration of a large amount of natural resources and a unique transport space. The Northern Sea Route has an extremely high economic potential when used as an international transit transport corridor from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and vice versa.
