Качество человеческого капитала (образование, знания, инновации) влияет на мощность предприятия и его развитие. На основе ресурсов, основанных на знаниях, разработана гипотеза взаимодействия человеческого капитала и уровня инновационности организации. Человеческий капитал является неотъемлемой частью инновационного развития и инновационной деятельности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the modern economy, the human capital of an organization and intellectual capital are interchangeable. The quality of human capital (education, knowledge, innovation) affects the capacity of the enterprise and its development. On the basis of knowledge–based resources, a hypothesis of the interaction of human capital and the innovativeness of the organization has been developed.
