Структурные трансформации во внешней и внутренней среды производственно>хозяйственных систем на современном этапе затрагивают практически все сферы их деятельности. Особенно остро они проявляют при реализации инновационных процессов, в связи с ключевыми характеристиками их сущности. Быстро и значительно меняется состав, структура связей, направления взаимодействия и закономерности обеспечения возможности и эффективности реализации данных процессов. В статье описывается роль инфраструктурного обеспечения при реализации инновационных процессов, осуществление которых необходимо для повышения конкурентоспособности государства в условиях современной мировой экономики. Рассматриваются различные трактовки понятия инновационной инфраструктуры, предложенные отечественными и зарубежными авторами. Выделены следующие особенности инновационной инфраструктуры в современных условиях изменяющейся и слабо предсказуемой среды: сетевой характер, развитая информационная составляющая, функционирование в условиях экономики знаний, углубленная «смарт» специализация, использование неформальных сетей, инновационная культура. Выделены приоритетные задачи развития инновационной инфраструктуры на региональном уровне. Предметом исследования в статье являются возможности инфраструктурного обеспечения инновационных процессов. Исследовательские результаты заключаются в выявлении значимости информационной среды, ее структуры и особенностей функционирования для обеспечения эффективности реализации инновационных процессов на современном этапе. Авторы обосновали различные динамические преобразования, происходящие в рамках инновационной инфраструктуры и приводящие к ее трансформации.
Structural transformations in the external and internal environment of production and economic systems at the present stage affect almost all areas of their activities. They are especially acute in the implementation of innovative processes, due to the key characteristics of their essence. The composition, relations structure, interaction directions and ensuring patterns the possibility and implementation effectiveness of these processes are changing rapidly and significantly. Article describes the role of infrastructure support in the implementation of innovative processes, the implementation of which is necessary to increase the competitiveness of the state in the conditions of the modern world economy. Various interpretations of the concept of innovation infrastructure proposed by domestic and foreign authors are considered. The features of the innovation infrastructure in the modern conditions of a changing and poorly predictable environment are highlighted: network nature, developed information environment, functioning in the conditions of the knowledge economy, in>depth specialization, the use of informal networks of innovative culture. Based on the trends of transformation of the external environment and the subjects themselves, the tasks of developing innovative infrastructure at the regional level are highlighted. The subject of the research in the article is the possibilities of infrastructural support of innovative processes. The results of the study are to identify the importance of the information environment, its structure and functioning features to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative processes at the present stage. The authors have substantiated various dynamic transformations taking place within the innovation infrastructure and leading to its transformation.
