В современных условиях одним из направлений национальной политики является преодоление существующих диспропорций мезоразвития. Сокращение существующих разрывов возможно за счет проведения грамотной политики внутри регионов с учетом существующих территориальных особенностей. В работе предлагается подход к сравнительному анализу эффективности деятельности субъектов Российской Федерации на основе процедуры ранжирования.

In modern conditions, one of the directions of national policy is to overcome the existing imbalances of mesorevelopment. The reduction of existing gaps is possible due to the implementation of a competent policy within the regions, taking into account the existing territorial features. The paper proposes an approach to the comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the activities of the subjects of the Russian Federation based on the ranking procedure.
