Проанализированы основные направления, которые улучшат уровень формирования человеческого капитала региона, а также рассмотрена перспектива на их дальнейшее развитие и внедрение в организации. Проведен анализ таких понятий, как «человеческий капитал» и «основной капитал», выявлена взаимосвязь между этими понятиями.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the main aspects of the formation of human capital as one of the social and economic factors in the development of regions. The main directions that will improve the level of formation of the region’s human capital are analyzed, and the prospects for their further development and implementation in the organization are considered.
