Цели/задачи. На основе анализа литературных источников, а также международного опыта развития педагогических проблем исследовать формирование мотивации к инновационной деятельности будущих специалистов. Выводы/значимость. Россия в 1993 году перешла на новые рыночные экономические отношения, что повлекло за собой изменения в политической, социальной, духовной и образовательной сферах нашего общества, что говорит о глобальности происшедших событий. Изменения в экономической системе страны требовали новых компетентностных знаний и навыков работы. Экономический рост и благосостояние любой страны в значительной (или решающей) мере зависит от уровня образования своих граждан и от участия их в общественных, экономических и социально значимых делах. Образование как общественная функция отражает изменения в обществе. В связи с этим в России в последнее время повышают инвестиции в сферу науки, образования и профессионально-компетентностное развитие рабочей силы.
Goals/objectives. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience in the development of pedagogical problems to explore the formation of motivation for innovation of future professionals. Conclusions/relevance. Russia in 1993 moved to new market economic relations, which led to changes in the political, social, spiritual and educational spheres of our society, which indicates the globality of the events. Changes in the economic system of the country required new competence and skills. The economic growth and well-being of any country depends to a large extent(or critically) on the level of education of its citizens and their participation in public, economic and social Affairs. Education as a social function reflects changes in society. In this regard, Russia has recently increased investment in science, education and professional competence development of the workforce. Application. The findings and results of the study can be used in the further development of the formation of motivation for innovation in future professionals.
