В современных условиях государство постоянно находится в поиске путей эффективного развития различных территорий. Одним из инструментов территориального развития является особая экономическая зона, доказавшая возможности поступательного экономического роста. Существование ряда факторов, негативно влияющих на результативность функционирования особых экономических зон, предопределяет необходимость моделирования траекторий их развития. В статье представлена авторская модель особой экономической зоны, позволяющая представить траекторию развития особой экономической зоны в зависимости от темпов роста заработной платы и максимально возможного технологического темпа роста доходов.
In modern conditions, the state is constantly searching for ways of effective development of various territories. One of the tools of territorial development is a special economic zone, which has proved the possibility of sustained economic growth. The existence of a number of factors that adversely affect the effectiveness of the functioning of special economic zones, determines the need to model the trajectories of their development. The article presents the author's model of the special economic zone, which allows to present the trajectory of the development of the special economic zone, depending on the rate of wage growth and the maximum possible technological rate of income growth.
