Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам роста качества рабочей силы в регионах, как фактору конкурентоспособности экономики в условиях снижения численности трудовых ресурсов. Предлагается схема построения кластера, которая бы позволила повысить качество образования и сбалансировать спрос и предложение регионального рынка труда.
The article is devoted to actual problems of the growth of the manpower quality in the region, as a factor of economic competitiveness in the face of declining labor force. There is the scheme of the cluster construction, which would improve the quality of education and to balance supply and demand of regional labor market.
