Отражено содержание новой организации обучения, основывающееся на развитии различных видов интеллекта. Совершенствование образования предполагает, что учебное заведение должно стать обучающейся организацией. Эффективное обучение учитывает когнитивный, праксеологический, коммуникативный и аксиологический аспекты знаний.
The article shows that in contemporary conditions demand a specialist with an innovative creative thinking, the formation of which requires the renewal of education. Recorded content of the new training organization, based on the development of various types of intelligence. Improving education implies that the school should be a learning organization. Effective learning takes into account the cognitive, praxeological, communicative and axiological aspects of knowledge.
