В статье рассматривается иерархический подход к планированию промышленной системы «продукт-сервис». Проанализированы проблемы стратегического и оперативного планирования, предложены пути их решения.

In this article authors describe the hierarchical approach to planning of industrial «product-service» system. Problems of strategic and operational planning are analyzed, ways of solving these problems are proposed.
