В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития малых форм бизнеса в сфере туристических услуг с целью снижения социальной напряженности, определяются преимущества хостелов, обсуждаются проблемы конкурентоспособности данного формата бизнеса в регионах, выявляются отличительные характеристики данной формы малого бизнеса, актуальные в условиях неустойчивых социально-экономических процессов.
The article examines the development of small businesses in the tourist services in order to reduce social tension, defined benefits hostels, discusses the problems of competitiveness of the format business in the regions, identifies distinctive characteristics of this form of small business in the current conditions of unstable socio-economic processes.
