В связи с кризисными явлениями в мировой экономике проблемы экономической политики на региональном уровне приобрели в последнее время еще большую актуальность, В данной работе сформированы алгоритм и, на его основе, построена модель формирования социально-экономического развития региона с учетом выявленных приоритетов. Была произведена оценка и сделаны соответствующие выводы об уровне развития региона.
