В статье рассматривается и раскрывается такое качество структуры управления предпринимательской фирмой как гибкость структуры; обосновывается актуальность наличия такого качества у структуры какгибкость структуры, поскольку конец ХХ - начало XXI веков охарактеризовались форс-мажорными обстоятельствами природогенного происхождения, требующими быстрых изменений в функционировании, в том числе предпринимательских фирм, представляющих собой основу экономики станы; представлены также формы гибкости структуры и пути достижения гибкости.
