В этой статье рассматривается сложная динамика внедрения инноваций в технологических фирмах в условиях стремительной эволюции цифровых технологий. В ней определены ключевые проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются руководители проектов, включая необходимость адаптации к прорывным технологиям, удовлетворения быстро меняющихся требований рынка и формирования культуры инноваций в организациях. Основываясь на обширном обзоре литературы и эмпирических данных, это исследование раскрывает сложности управления инновационными проектами в турбулентной цифровой среде. В ней рассматриваются стратегии снижения рисков, повышения гибкости проектов и содействия сотрудничеству между различными командами. Анализируя эти проблемы, данная статья призвана дать ценную информацию и практические рекомендации технологическим компаниям, стремящимся эффективно управлять инновационными проектами в эпоху бурного развития цифровых технологий. Благодаря детальному пониманию современного ландшафта технологических инноваций организации могут разрабатывать адаптивные стратегии для решения проблем, связанных с цифровой турбулентностью, и извлекать выгоду из появляющихся возможностей для роста и конкурентоспособности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In today’s rapidly changing digital landscape, technology companies face unprecedented challenges in managing innovative projects in an environment of constant turbulence. This article examines the complex dynamics of innovation in technology firms in the context of the rapid evolution of digital technologies. It identifies the key challenges faced by project managers, including the need to adapt to breakthrough technologies, meet rapidly changing market demands, and foster a culture of innovation in organizations. Based on an extensive literature review and empirical evidence, this study reveals the complexities of managing innovative projects in a turbulent digital environment. It discusses strategies to reduce risks, increase project flexibility, and facilitate collaboration between different teams. Analyzing these problems, this article aims to provide valuable information and practical recommendations to technology companies seeking to effectively manage innovative projects in an era of rapid development of digital technologies.
